Case study: Lupin Close, Nottingham

This scheme of 28 homes has provided affordable housing close to Nottingham city centre for our client Tuntum Housing.

Tuntum Housing approached us via Blueskies Consortium to deliver a full development service, from site purchase and design through to completion. Our development team worked closely with Tuntum to secure the required funding from Homes England.

The scheme was completed in February 2023 with residents moving in shortly after.
