Farnborough Court is an impressive three-storey building, tailored for the over-55 community in Clifton. It forms part of the wider regeneration of the former South Nottingham College site along Farnborough Road and NCHA's offices.

The development comprises of 50 one and two-bed self-contained flats and six one-bed bungalows. Each has a wet room, a kitchen and a lounge/diner. 

All homes have been thoughtfully designed to promote independent living while ensuring maximum comfort and accessibility. The homes have been built on a gas-free site to an impressive energy rating of ‘B’. Heating and hot water are provided by efficient air source heat pumps, and we've included solar-generated electricity, green living roofs, and EV charging points.
