We are looking for a full-time Aftercare Officer to join our growing team.
The Aftercare Officer will manage our new homes aftercare and defect management process by ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner. As this is a new position you will have the autonomy to shape and develop the role.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the best customer service, is extremely organised with excellent attention to detail. They will also be required to build strong relationships with customers and contractors.
